How to get away in 2–3 days
When you've had enough of everything, a change of scenery helps most. Even two days in a new city recharge you better than a week at home.
1. Silence and nature
A lake, mountains or a fjord — no rush and no plan. Ideal if you want a break from people and the news.
2. The sea off-season
A walk along the promenade, the sound of waves and coffee with a view — the sea is calming even in autumn or winter.
3. A city where everything is new
A different language, different architecture, different food — your brain switches off by itself. Choose a city you have never been to.
4. Thermal baths
Budapest is a city where you can spend hours lying in warm water under the open sky.
5. A foodie escape
Tapas in Granada, pizza in Naples, wine in Bordeaux — a trip where the main goal is simply to eat well.
6. A spontaneous ticket
Open "Last minute flights" from your city and fly wherever is cheapest this week. Spontaneity is the best cure for routine.
7–10. Little rules for recharging
Turn off work notifications. Take hand luggage only. Don't plan more than two things a day. And be sure to catch at least one sunrise or sunset.
